Avanti Glass in Victoria!

Lampwork (hot glass beadmaking) demonstrations in Market Square in the heart of Old Town Victoria, BC and lots of loose beads and small gifts from the studio on Salt Spring!

Dates: JUNE, JULY & AUGUST

Wednesday June 25 11 am - 4:30 pm

Thursday June 26 11 am - 4:30 pm

Friday June 27 11 am - 4:30 pm

Saturday June 28 11 am - 4:30 pm

Sunday June 29 11 am - 4:30 pm

AVANTI GALLERY HOURS FOR SUMMER 2008

I'm really excited about the Market in the Square event, but the hours conflict with open hours here on Salt Spring. What to do?

Well, hopefully I will have coverage in the gallery for the days I'm not here.

Avanti Glass Studio is moving back to Victoria in the fall of 2008!

I'm looking for studio space; please get in touch with me if you know of anything coming up!

Beadmaking classes will be available nearly every week, as well as jewellery-making classes.

And I'll be doing lots more work with my friend Sandra Millott ..... we'll be collaborating on some larger castings and we both have lots of ideas bubbling!

And last but certainly not least, I've re-connected with a dear old friend Len Collins, an amazing graphic designer and art collector... he's launching a high-end online gallery called Griffin Gallery with work from our circle of friends, including Waine Ryzak, Miles Lowry, David Ferguson, Vince Klassen, me, my friend Ulrieke Benner and Len's own work. It's absolutely stunning..... I'll give the link when it's launched!
